What is Badass?
This easy to follow session will have you toning muscles, burning calories, improving your stamina and balance and jamming out all to the beat of amazing mainstream music from pop to dance to drum and bass to R&B and more.
Badass runs twice a week on:* Wednesday at 5:45pm
* Friday at 9:30am This class is ONLINE via Zoom only.
Please note there is a minimum age of 16 for this class due to insurance purposes.
