What is Body Blast?

Body Blast is a strength-based resistance HIIT workout which uses resistance bands and body weight to assist in building muscle mass and reducing body fat. And there is an Abs section in every class. Suitable for all fitness levels

Body Blast is a resistance class using dumbells and bands (or tins of beans/water bottles) and is suitable for all participants of any fitness level and abilities.

The class is 30 minutes and is simple and easy to follow and all movements can be easily adapted to suit your fitness level. You can also do the class without equipment if you choose to. Great for toning and increasing strength.

Minimum Age

Please note there is a minimum age of 16 for this class due to insurance purposes.
