What is Booty Bands?

A full-body workout using resistance bands to tone the booty, legs and also upper body to different chart tracks!

A resistance band is used for this class but if you don't have one or don't want to use one you can still do the class without. This class is superb for conditioning and toning the body. Shape and define whilst working up a sweat!
