What is Fitness Pilates?
Fitness Pilates is a low impact functional and core-based workout. It will improve overall body strength with the main emphasis on your back and core muscles. It will also help to improve posture, flexibility, strength, mobility, joint problems and tone your body. As well as improving how you live your daily life, it will also reduce the risk of injuries.

You don't need to be flexible or have a strong core to attend this class. Just bring a mat and prepare to strengthen and tone.
