What is FitSteps?

Inspired by the show ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, FitSteps is a full-body dance fitness workout that will help you to lose weight and tone up.

It's a great mix of Latin-American & Ballroom steps from high energy routines like the Quickstep and the Jive, mixed in with the more low impact and graceful routines such as the Rumba and the Waltz as well as character dances like Disco, Flamenco and Argentine Tango.

FitSteps is suitable for everyone and you can go at your own pace. The steps are broken down and different levels are given to suite all fitness levels and abilities.


Our Fitsteps classes are on every Tuesday at 7:30pm with Danielle

Our Tuesday Fitsteps classes both Online and In Person are currently on hold for the summer. Returning 14th September 2021

Minimum Age

Please note there is a minimum age of 11 for this class due to insurance purposes.
