What is Freestyle Fitness Yoga?
You will learn how to understand your body and begin to move more effectively and efficiently; improving posture, self-awareness and confidence. As well as relaxing and stretching you will strengthen your whole body through each pose.
Freestyle Fitness Yoga is not a spiritual experience
There is no dogma, chanting or philosophy. It mimics yoga in its breathing and style offering postures that endorse strength and stability.
Freestyle Fitness Yoga is an excellent prescription for a total body programme where flexibility is often the weakest link and is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. You don't need to be super flexible to attend this class. Just bring a mat and prepare to relax, stretch and strengthen.
