What is Kettlebells?

A fun, fat-torching HiiT incorporating the Kettlebell! (Using a dumbbell is fine too!)

Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.


Our Kettlebell classes are on weekly online via Zoom ONLY:

* Tuesday at 6:30am with Allie (45 Mins)
* Thursday at 6pm with Tash (30 Mins)

Minimum Age

Please note there is a minimum age of 14 for this class due to insurance purposes.
