This class is a strength-based resistance HIIT workout that uses dumbbells and body weight to assist in building muscle mass and reducing body fat.

This class is brilliant if you're looking to shred fat, tone and define. Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities. You can use tins of beans or water bottles if you don't have weights.
