What is Shred?

This class is an introduction to using weights with exercises for the whole body using a set of dumbbells (or tins of beans/water bottles)

Quickly change body shape, builds strength and increases fat loss, targets stubborn areas with an abs section in every class Each class is 30minutes which is incredibly time-efficient while still being very effective. You can use tins of beans/water bottles if you don't have equipment.


Shred is on weekly online via Zoom ONLY:
