What is Shred?
Quickly change body shape, builds strength and increases fat loss, targets stubborn areas with an abs section in every class Each class is 30minutes which is incredibly time-efficient while still being very effective. You can use tins of beans/water bottles if you don't have equipment.
Shred is on weekly online via Zoom ONLY:* Monday at 6pm
Please note there is a minimum age of 14 for this class due to insurance purposes.
