What is Strength Sesh?

Strength Sesh is an introduction to using weights with exercises for the whole body

Using weights will increase fat burning and build muscle definition to tone up! No experience necessary, we will guide you through the exercises and it's a great way to progress and mix up our training! You will need a set of dumbbells which you can purchase from places like Argos, Amazon, Decathalon, etc.


Strength Sesh is on weekly online via Zoom ONLY:

* Wednesday at 8am with Jess and Rianna

Please note there is a minimum age of 14 for this class due to insurance purposes.
