What is Zumba Fitness?

Zumba's motto is Ditch the workout and Join the party! It's a dance fitness workout to a variety of Latin-inspired dance moves and music including cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, hip hop music, tango, etc.

A fun and exciting way to build and tone muscle, improve cardio, promote flexibility, and decrease stress. The class is designed & developed for any fitness level and ability.


Our Zumba classes are on weekly online via Zoom ONLY:

* Thursday at 7pm with Matt
* Sunday at 11am with Matt

Minimum Age

Please note there is a minimum age of 13 for this class due to insurance purposes.
