What is Zumba Fitness?
A fun and exciting way to build and tone muscle, improve cardio, promote flexibility, and decrease stress. The class is designed & developed for any fitness level and ability.
Our Zumba classes are on weekly every:* Wednesday at 7:30pm with Lish online via Zoom
* Sunday at 11am with Matt online via Zoom
Please note there is a minimum age of 13 for this class due to insurance purposes.
