What is Zumba Fitness?
A fun and exciting way to build and tone muscle, improve cardio, promote flexibility, and decrease stress. The class is designed & developed for any fitness level and ability.
Our Zumba classes are on weekly online via Zoom ONLY:* Thursday at 7pm with Matt
* Sunday at 11am with Matt
Please note there is a minimum age of 13 for this class due to insurance purposes.
