What is Zumba Fitness?

Zumba's motto is Ditch the workout and Join the party! It's a dance fitness workout to a variety of Latin-inspired dance moves and music including cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, soca, samba, hip hop music, tango, etc.

A fun and exciting way to build and tone muscle, improve cardio, promote flexibility, and decrease stress.

Zumba Fitness is suitable for all participants of any fitness level and abilities.

Zumba is a great class that will make you feel like you are partying your way around the world from the comfort of your own home. All the moves are simple and easy to follow and can be easily adapted to suit your fitness level. You'll be having so much fun you'll forget your working out.
