BROADWAY BOOGIE

Broadway Boogie is a high energy, fun dance fitness exercise class that is inspired by Broadway and musical theatre.

FitSteps

FitSteps is a dance fitness workout with no need for a partner to help you lose weight and tone up. It’s a great mix of Latin-American & Ballroom steps like the Quickstep and Jive, mixed with routines like the Rumba and Waltz.

PWR Beatz

PWR Beatz is a fun 45 minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and functional workout set to amazing high energy music. PWR Beatz will give you an all-over body workout to shape and tone every area.

Fitness Pilates

Fitness Pilates is a low impact functional and core-based workout suitable for all fitness levels. It will improve overall body strength with the main emphasis on your back and core muscles.

HIIT The Weights

A combination of weight exercises done in a HIIT style format for an all-over body toning sculpt workout to give you maximum defined results. You can use dumbbells, hand weights or tinned cans.

Glow Beatz

Glow Beatz is a fun, high energy dance fitness class in a darkened room with disco/UV lights and glow sticks. Set to a soundtrack of amazing music from all genres. Forget yourself and just have fun.

Shred

Shred is class is a strength-based resistance HIIT workout that uses resistance bands or dumbbells and body weight to assist in building muscle mass and reducing body fat. Equipment or bodyweight is fine

Zumba Fitness

Zumba’s motto is Ditch the workout and Join the party! It’s a dance fitness workout to a variety of Latin-inspired dance moves and music including cumbia, salsa, merengue, mambo, flamenco, chachacha, reggaeton, etc.

Ballet Tone

A low impact toning class to pop tunes with a modern twist on ballet style movements. Feel the burn as you build muscle with pliés and barre work. A chair is needed for this class to act as a barre.

Booty Bands

A full-body workout using resistance bands to tone the booty, legs and upper body to great chart tracks! Shape and define whilst working up a sweat!

Flex

Flex is a fabulous way to wind down after a busy week. It’s a 30-minute gentle mobility and stretch class using spiky balls (or rolled-up tights/socks) at the end for a muscle massage.

HATHA YOGA

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing using a mixture of postures and breathing.

Funky Fat Blast

Pure ab and core blast! We use controlled movements to strengthen the upper, lower abs and core.

BURN! is a great dumbbell workout that will totally redefine your physique, ignite your muscles & flood your body with endorphins

World Beats

World Beats is a fun themed dance fitness class. Every 3 weeks you will dance to a different style.

ROCKBOX

RockBox Fitness is a stress-busting therapy session for the body & mind. It is so much more than just a workout. Punch and Kick your way through the cardio tracks & smash drumsticks to tone your whole body.

Street Dance Fit

Street Dance-Fit, an easy upbeat but low impact class, sometimes with some higher impact options. A great energetic and happy class that will burn calories and make you feel great.

Badass Fitness

BADASS is a combat, cardio & conditioning class that will have you getting into shape in style. This easy to follow session will have you toning muscles, burning calories, etc. Be a badass with this epic workout.
