Dance and get fit without feeling self-conscious
All routines have different levels to suit all fitness levels and abilities. There is a great variety of music from a variety of genres from dance, house, rock, garage, pop, etc. No genre is off-limits.
Glow Fit runs in person at the Arnold Methodist Church (Nottingham NG5 7EL):
* Alternate Tuesdays at 7:30pm with Jenny (alternates with our Strictly Fit class)
