What is Pilates?
Pilates is so much more than a core workout
Pilates will also help to improve posture, flexibility, strength, mobility, joint problems and tone your body.
Different levels are shown, and you can adapt each move to suit you. This workout will suit all fitness levels and abilities. Please note some of these classes are 1 hour long
Our Pilates classes are on weekly online via Zoom ONLY:* Monday at 6pm with Tash
* Tuesday at 10am with Trish
* Wednesday at 6:30pm with Jane
* Pilates Conditioning on Thursdays at 7:30pm with Natasha
