What is PWR Beatz?

PWR Beatz is a fun 45 minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) and functional workout set to amazing high energy music.
It's broken down into three sections. Burn, Blast and Boost.

Burn

Burn is the HIIT cardio section with simple and easy to follow moves.

BLAST

Blast is the functional, bodyweight resistance section that uses your body weight to give you a resistance training workout with varying levels of difficulty and intensity.

BOOST

Boost is your core workout that works all of your core muscles and shapes and tones your body.

Minimum Age

Please note there is a minimum age of 13 for this class due to insurance purposes.
