What is PWR Beatz?
It's broken down into three sections. Burn, Blast and Boost.
Burn is the HIIT cardio section with simple and easy to follow moves.
Blast is the functional, bodyweight resistance section that uses your body weight to give you a resistance training workout with varying levels of difficulty and intensity.
Boost is your core workout that works all of your core muscles and shapes and tones your body.
PWR Beatz is currently running every other Thursday at 5:15pm ONLINE ONLY.PWR Beatz in person is currently on hold as per government guidelines regarding social distancing. We will advise when this class can reopen in person .
Please note there is a minimum age of 14 for this class due to insurance purposes.
