What is PWR Beatz?
It's broken down into three sections. Burn, Blast and Boost.
BurnBurn is the HIIT cardio section with simple and easy to follow moves.
BlastBlast is the functional, bodyweight resistance section that uses your body weight to give you a resistance training workout with varying levels of difficulty and intensity.
BoostBoost is your core workout that works all of your core muscles and shapes and tones your body.
PWR Beatz runs every Wednesday at 6:30pm at the United Reformed Church in Sherwood. Spaces are limited in person but it will also be available online via Zoom.
Please note there is a minimum age of 14 for this class due to insurance purposes.
