My name is Adam and I'm a Personal Trainer. I offer one to one and group PT sessions for JH Fitness members.
I love fitness and have from a young age. I have a keen interest in sports and love athletics, running, snowboarding and white water kayaking. I wanted to work in the fitness industry from a young age so I qualified as a Personal Trainer when I was in my early twenties. I've had a rewarding career as a PT through my own business Fit and Energised and trained many clients and also used to teach spin and Boxercise classes.
When the Coronavirus pandemic hit and during the first lockdown in 2020, I felt I wanted to do something a little different. So I trained up to become a Rockbox instructor and soon after I trained as a Badass instructor. I have since trained in Sh1ft and L1ft. I love teaching these classes as I have a big passion for rock music, mainstream music, boxing/toning and using weights all of which I can do in these classes.
JH Fitness has given me the opportunity to teach classes that I love and learn how to be a great group exercise instructor, enhance my skills and boost my confidence. All the class members are a great bunch and encouraging and supportive.
Outside of classes I still train clients as a personal trainer. I also teach kids how to swim and work out for myself. I am known for being a bit of a joker and always up for having fun.
