What is Yoga?

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.

Yoga is suitable for all participants of any fitness level and abilities.

All Yoga moves are simple and easy to follow and while there will be different Yoga practices on offer, all movements can be easily adapted to suit your fitness and flexibility level.

Minimum Age

Please note there is a minimum age of 11 for this class due to insurance purposes.
